4 month check in...

Well - we're still Paleo! So far, I'm down 27.7 lbs - and I haven't been exercising. I know, I know... I don't advocate this as a no-work gimmicky diet. That's not what I'm in it for. I've just had some other issues to deal with.

I am pleased that I'm steadily losing weight. No gain back. I fit into clothes I haven't worn in two years. Almost all of my jeans are loose, except for some that I purchased but couldn't fit into before. I'm working towards those. However, I did fit into a pair of jeans I'd purchased a year ago and couldn't get over my hips. And, they're LOOSE.

Bad news: My period has been acting funky again, and my Keratosis Pilaris has flared up. Looking at my diet to see where the gaps are. I still have headaches quite frequently.

Husband is down 40 some pounds. Truthfully, I lost track.

Time to get my ass in gear and start working out.
